What is Agri’s Fresh-Cut Service?
Think of it as renting a room full of prep cooks for the night. We’ll be an extension of your kitchen, offering custom-cut fruits and vegetables. No matter what you need, sliced, diced, or julienned cuts, we have you covered with our efficient processing facility and commitment to fresh, high-quality produce.
 
We have recently upgraded our in-house fresh-cut facility with advanced processing equipment to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and food safety. Our new system includes an automated visual inspection and sorting table that ensures only the freshest and highest quality produce moves forward. All produce is triple-washed, with the final two washes including an antimicrobial treatment to ensure safety and extend shelf life. After processing, the product undergoes velocity drying to remove excess moisture, followed by another visual inspection. It is then weighed, packaged, and passed through a metal detector to check for any metal contamination before being boxed and shipped to your kitchen.
