What Is Agri’s Fresh-Cut Service?

As a wholesale distributor, we don’t just provide fresh, high-quality seasonal produce to restaurants, caterers, and gourmet grocers. Our goal is always to provide the best customer service to our clients, which includes 24/7 service, express pickup options, and fresh-cut produce.

 

While we’ve provided custom-cut options for some time, we recently opened a whole facility dedicated to this service. This space is outfitted with numerous industrial food processing machines that allow us to get your custom orders to you more efficiently.

 

What Can We Do?

Fine knife work is a craft, but it can be time consuming, and, if you try to speed it up too much, dangerous. Our universal and specialized food processors get the job done in minutes without risk. 

 

Another key aspect of utilizing our new, clean facilities is the reduction of health risks and cross-contamination. We’re even currently in the process of becoming Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified.
